DTN COMMENTS: so far the country is slow to start this morning following
the last four days of somewhat scattered/light movement. Southern live
deals have been at $171 to $175, mostly $174 to $175, $$2 to $3 lower than
last week's weighted averages. Northern dressed business has been at $275,
$4 lower than the prior week's weighted averages. More sales are expected
today, albeit on a somewhat limited basis. Beef cutouts are expected to be
higher, with light to moderate box movement.

1-402-461-3561. All sales will be listed anonymously and organized by
state. All live sales are FOB and set for 1-9-day delivery. A weekly
summary from this data will be posted on the Weekly Cattle Sales Reported
to DTN page and will be left up for the entire week for reference
purposes.
