COMMENTS: Some light cash cattle trade was noted in Nebraska at
$360, which is $5.00 lower than last week's weighted average.
Unfortunately the majority of those cattle were committed to delivery for
the week of 8/10/2026. This by no means sets the week's trend for the
week, but with there being plenty of pressure on the market right now,
it is assumed that prices could trend lower - especially with the
board's recent decline.
